Free USPS Shipping

Receive Free USPS Shipping on all orders, no minimum. Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States and includes Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted.

Canadian Customers

The cost for shipping is $6.95 for package we ship. Your order will ship from our facilities via United States Postal Service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Also, please note that you may have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your WatchBandGirl invoice. All refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation cost both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card.

International Customers

The cost for shipping is $29.95 for each package we ship. Your order will from our facilities via USPS. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. It is important to note that you will have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your WatchBandGirl. All refused shipments will be charged $59.90 to cover shipping cost both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card.

Shipping Procedures

Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email is sent after the first USPS scan. The email will include the USPS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking Order Status link in the top header of the site.

Shipping in Multiple Packages

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

You can check the status of your order anytime in Order Status. We will also keep you updated on your order status via email. To check the status of your order anytime:

1. Click Order Status and sign in using your email address and password or your email address and order number.

2. This will bring to Order Details, click on the tracking number to the right of any item to get up-to-date information from USPS.

Delivering Your Package

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

• Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).

• Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
